Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act (including minors and undischarged insolvents) are not eligible to use the Platform.
 
4. SCOPE OF PLATFORM USE
 
4.1. Informational Use: The content provided on this Platform (including project photos, 3D renders, blogs, and service descriptions) is for general information purposes only. 4.2. Non-Commercial Use: You agree to use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use this Platform to solicit clients for other construction or design firms. 4.3. Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, Ashushri Creations does not warrant that the descriptions, colors, or other content on the Platform are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Visuals of projects are often artistic impressions and actual results may vary based on site conditions.
 
5. SERVICE BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
 
5.1. Consultation & Site Visits: The Platform may allow you to book a "Site Visit" or "Consultation". Any fee paid for such services (e.g., the Site Visit Fee) is for the professional time and technical assessment provided by our experts. 5.2. Adjustment Policy: As per our company policy, the Site Visit Fee may be adjustable against the final project bill if you proceed with the construction/execution contract. However, this is subject to the specific terms of the final agreement signed offline. 5.3. Pricing: Prices mentioned on the website (if any) are indicative "starting from" rates. Final pricing is subject to site survey, material selection, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
 
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR)
 
6.1. Ownership: All content on this Platform, including but not limited to architectural drawings, floor plans, 3D elevations, project photographs, logos, text, graphics, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of Ashushri Creations and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. 6.2. Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from: * Copying, reproducing, or distributing our designs or project photos for commercial gain. * Using our project images to mislead third parties into believing they are your own work. * Reverse engineering any underlying software or design elements of the Platform.
 
7. USER CONDUCT & OBLIGATIONS
 
You agree NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading information in the "Contact Us" or "Consultation" forms.

• Upload any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.

• Attempt to breach the security of the Platform or introduce viruses/malware.

 
8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 
8.1. "As Is" Basis: The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. 8.2.
