1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to the monthly Home Garden Maintenance Service ("Service") provided by

Ashushri Creations ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Our monthly garden maintenance subscription includes services such as:

• Lawn mowing and edging if agreed and mentioned during subscription payment.

• Weed control and removal

• Pruning and trimming

• Fertilization (as scheduled)

• General clean-up and debris removal

Service details and frequency may vary depending on your selected plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal occupant or owner of the serviced property to subscribe.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

• Payment will be automatically charged to your selected payment method on the billing date.

• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

• If payment fails, service may be paused or canceled until resolved.

5. Scheduling and Access

• Service will be scheduled on a recurring basis, typically once every month depending on the plan.

• You agree to provide access to the Gardener, Supervisor or any authority (if required)  to the property on scheduled service days.

• If access is not available, a rescheduling fee may apply.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time with at least 15 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via our customer portal.

• No refunds are issued for partial months or unused services once payment has been processed.

7. Service Limitations

• Our services do not include tree removal, pest control, irrigation repair, or landscaping installations unless specified in a custom plan.

• We are not liable for damage to property or plants caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or pests.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Keep pets and hazards out of the work area during service.

• Notify us of any special care instructions for plants or specific areas.

9. Liability and Insurance

• We carry general liability insurance to protect against accidental damage.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden hazards, or acts of God.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and, where applicable, emailed to you. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rourkela, Odisha, India.
